“Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera: Masterpieces of the Gelman Collection”: A Review (via Amerícas Studies)

This is a fun review of a gallery showing of Frida Kahlo’s and Diego Rivera’s art in Dublin. If you enjoy famous Mexican art as much as I do, then this is a must read. I particularly like the way in which the author writes about their new thoughts on Frida’s images. I have been a fan of Frida for years and a portion of this post really made reconsider a portrait of Frida. Read on and you’ll see what I mean!

The exhibition of Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera pieces from the Gelman Collection are currently being exhibited in the Irish Museum of Modern Art, New Galleries in Dublin, Ireland from the 6th April-26th June 2011.
